The culture at Sunstone is driven by the success of our customers, we succeed when they do. We continue to be a partner for some of the largest companies, fast growing small companies and every business type in between; because Sunstone has adopted a customer first culture that has evolved over the 45+ years that we have been making PCBs.  We truly have a companywide commitment to our customers and it can be seen in our key metrics of on time delivery (>99%), quality (~99% yield) and the vast number of loyal Sunstone customers. 
 
Products have become increasingly difficult to manufacture with shorter and shorter lead times needed.  In order to consistently achieve these requirements and maintain the key metrics, Sunstone continues to evolve its manufacturing capabilities and efficiencies to answer the bell on a daily basis.

  • Continuous improvement initiatives internally

Pushing to maintain these goals has allowed us to be able to offer some things that we did not believe possible 5 to 10 years ago.  One that we are most proud of is our ability to manufacture a 14 layer PCB design in a one day turn.
