These are PCBs with high-quality Metal Clad HDI. We manufacture Single-sided, Double-sided, and Multilayer boards with metal cladding or metal core for improved thermal management.
A few of the applications are LED, power conversion, solid state relays, automotive and motor drives. Some of the suppliers of laminate / dielectric materials that we utilize for our Metal Clad HDI PCBs are: Aismalibar, Arlon, Bergquist, Totking, Laird (Thermagon), and Ventec. We also have some proprietary materials. Metals include: aluminum, copper, and brass composites.
