We have conveniently provided a link labeled LEGACY ORDER HISTORY that will provide you access to all your previous order history.
Simply log into your Sunstone account profile, select your ORDER HISTORY link that is located on the left hand navigation menu. Locate the order in question and you will see either the order status for an order that is in process or a tracking number for a shipped order.
Once you have selected a design parameter(s) that requires a Full Review (NRE), as shown below, an aggregate list of parameters will be displayed in the cart summary that prompted the NRE charge. If these parameters are not required, simply make an alternative selection, as well as, change the Engineering Level to “Limited Review”.
First log into your profile, and under Account Details simply click on the ADD SUB ACCOUNT button. Complete the registration information and click on the REGISTER button. Part of this process includes selection of permissions for the Sub-User (permissions can be modified at any time by clicking VIEW SUB ACCOUNTS).
The invited Sub-User will receive an email invitation to accept.
