In the rare event that an order slips out the door that isn't up to our standards, you can depend on us to make it right. Simply contact our on-site customer support team via email, chat, or phone, and we will provide you with instructions for returning your boards and getting your rebuild order started.
Please Note: Customers are responsible both for carefully reviewing their online order details, and for submitting the correct board files to Sunstone for manufacture. Sunstone Circuits is not responsible for boards that fail to function due to engineering and/or design flaws contained in customer-submitted files. Boards must be returned within 90 days from initial ship date.
